This is a full-time, permanent position.

We seek an architectural design professional who is independent, creative, and relates well with people. She or he must be energetic and want rewards commensurate with his achievements.
We are the leading designer and builder of custom decks, porches, sunrooms, patios and additions in MA. We design and construct high quality, award winning residential projects you will be proud of. And we're growing.
For the suburbs north and west of Boston, we seek experienced, motivated representatives with:
A degree in Architecture,
Strong, proven inter-personal skills,
Knowledge of residential construction,
Experience using CAD software, and
The maturity to set and manage their own schedules and work from their home or our showroom.
Sales experience is especially helpful.
Successful candidates will:
Meet with clients in their home and in our showroom,
Listen to clients' requirements and desires to expand their homes,
Design solutions on our CAD system that meet those client needs and budgets and sell them to clients,
Monitor construction to ensure your design objectives and the client's satisfaction are both achieved.
We provide employees with training in our consultation process, in quality construction techniques and products, and in our CAD design software. We furnish qualified leads. Compensation begins with a base salary plus commission and transitions to full commission . Income potential is very high.
