Job Description:
Perform a myriad of office duties, including:
Preparing correspondence
Coordinating meetings
Collaborating with other departments
Invoicing, managing budgets, creating presentations
Booking travel, reporting expenses
Managing special projects,
Sorting mail, ordering supplies and providing office support to other members of the team

Requirements:
Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to type 40+ wpm accurately
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High degree of professionalism
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and provide team support
Detail-oriented, organized and thorough
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Experience preferred, but not required
