Full-Time Sales Associate

We are looking for 5-7 Sales Associates with at least 1-2 years of sales experience in various fields to fill an immediate sales associate role. The position is a corporate position with high growth potential. This position entails placing consultants on various IT projects throughout the country. You will be provided with comprehensive on-the-job-training.

This position pays a guaranteed base salary of $12/hour plus an aggressive commission structure that can easily double or triple your monthly earnings up to $300-$500 per sale.

Key Requirements:

  • Must be an extrovert and display a charismatic personality

  • Must possess a can do attitude

  • Strong sales experience is preferred but not necessary given the right candidate

  • Must be reliable and commit to working a regular work schedule

  • Must be an extremely proactive person who takes pride in their work

  • Ability to relate to different people and understand their core-needs

  • Must be computer savvy and know how to use MS Office and corporate email

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Must make at least 80-100 calls to various companies regarding their staffing needs

  • Achieve and reach the desired goals given by the company per day, week and month

  • Ensure that there is proper flow of communication between respective departments regarding consultants information and project starts

  • Ensure that each account given is up to date and accurate

  • Ability to arrive to work promptly and go above and beyond if needed to get the job done
