Our client is seeking Customer Service Representatives / Call Center Representatives
Earn $18.00 to $25.00 per hour at these full-time, temporary and temp-to-hire positions. Work 40 hours per week, and working hours are flexible for part-time positions.
Job Description:
Receive inbound and make outbound calls
Provide support to vendors and customers, handle inquiries, provide resolutions
Perform data entry associated with the position
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty. The qualifications listed below are representative of the candidate's education, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job.
? High school diploma or equivalent
? 2 to 4 years telephone customer services - (required)
? Call center background - (preferred)
? Excellent written and oral communication skills
? Intermediate computer skills necessary
? Ability to document and resolve issues while conversing on the telephone.
? Ability to apply active listening skills and problem solving techniques to evaluate proper course of resolution
? Background in dental environment such as dental offices and dental insurance companies is a plus
