Fun job - BounceU Assistant/Weekend Manager

BounceU of Charlotte was opened in the Northlake area in 2008. We have a 10,000 squarefoot warehouse full of giant inflatable equipment (YouTube: Boulder Balance or Daredevil Island). We offer full service private parties, Drop-off art & technology (Lego Robotics) camps during school breaks, Open Bounce available to the general public, Parent's Night drop-off every Saturday.

We are looking to fill a management position for our new facility. If you are fun, outgoing and don't mind being silly, you may be a good fit for us.

Manager - (Hourly, plus sales bonuses, depends on experience $9 to $14) This person will have a set schedule working a couple week day shifts plus both Saturday & Sunday. Will work closely with owners to manage the Charlotte BounceU location. Main responsibility is to ensure high quality execution of the weekend events. Will act as the point of escalation to resolve any customer service issues. Duties include helping desk managers to check in parents, working with party parents to ensure they know you are there to help and will take care of anything needed. Will be responsible for scheduling staff or delegating the schedule and reviewing. Overseeing the facility cleanliness as well as equipment safety. The weekday shift will be spent acting as the Desk Manager but also reviewing Desk Manager calls & conducting coaching one on one sessions with desk managers. Managing Desk Staff to reach sales goals. Schedule may change to accommodate seasonality, for example during the summer there will be more weekday shifts that will require the manager, while when CMS school is in session the weekends require the manager. Experience managing staff and operations is required. Sales experience a plus.
