As a Deposit Products Banking Rep;
You would be working with incoming calls from existing and potential Discover Bank Customers (Checking, Savings, transfers...)
You would also respond to customer inquires by telephone, research and analyze customer problems, make adjustments to customers accounts, and maintain records of problems and inquires handled.
