This role acts as a SME and dedicated resource for large and complex assigned
clients. They will represent the client internally and work with other teams to
address ongoing service needs. They will triage issues and accurately and
thoroughly document root cause, resolution and preventative action. They will
be responsible for the creation and implementation of complex team processes
and update current process documentation.



Manages ongoing contract relationships and service delivery to clients for one
or more accounts. Acts as outward-facing, dedicated resource for assigned
accounts, typically with direct client contact (not call center) and large or
complex accounts. Builds relationships with employer/group clients (not
individual members) and serves as the primary point of contact for overall and
day-to-day service delivery. Represents client internally and coordinates with
other functions to implement client systems, complete projects, and address
ongoing service needs. This function includes employees who are in dedicated
on-site service roles. Jobs in this function may work closely with sales on
renewals and upselling, but incumbents do not have specific sales goal
accountability or primary responsibility to close sales. Account management
jobs focused primarily on relationship and service management belong in this
family; jobs with significant sales responsibilities or sales-related
incentives (including 'OTH' plans) belong in a sales band.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responds to inquiries and communicates technical
    details to clients primarily via email.
  • Triages,
    troubleshoots and manages resolution of issues related to data, site or
    infrastructure. 
  • Works
    across multiple teams to drive issue resolution.
  • Monitors
    and manages maintenances or any activity that could impact the
    Production environment.
  • Monitors
    client SLA's and delivers reports.  Takes
    action on any issues that could put SLA's at risk.
  • Acts
    as the on-call resource approximately 1 week per month.






Requirements



Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with 3+
    years of client services and/or support experience
  • 3+ years of client services and/or support experience
  • 1+ years of basic technical experience with web and/or
    software applications
  • 1+ year of creating and documenting team process
  • 1+ year experience presenting and/or facilitating
    meetings internally and/or externally.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel,
    Word and Powerpoint.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in the healthcare industry
