Home Instead Senior Care is looking for a dynamic and outgoing individual to recruit for our CAREGiver position. The Recruitment Coordinator will create relationships with community partners that create employment opportunities while developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
Responsibility
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with community partners
Proactively build and manage an employment pipeline for applicants
Seek ways to evaluate the hiring needs of the business
Facilitate phone screens, interviewing and the onboarding process
Qualification
Experience in recruiting a plus
Must have a high school diploma
Must be driven and flexible as the needs of the business change
Experience with Strengths Finder assessments a plus
Think outside the box and maintain a strong and self-starter mentality
