Restaurant Team Member -Director of Guest Experience

Join our growing team! Chick-fil-A of Rocky River hires friendly faces who love to show hospitality and great customer service from the heart. As a Director of Guest Services, you will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment that serves over a thousand guests daily.

The Director of Guest Services has the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, customer relations, team management, recruiting, financial accountability, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required.

Required Qualifications:
* Previous management experience is a must
* Previous restaurant experience preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serves as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and service support.
* Ensures that team members follow read tickets to accurately prepare all orders.
* Ensures that team members work at a pace to maintain restaurant's established speed of service guidelines.
* Ensures that workstations are clean at all times.
* Ensures that cashiers follow cash handling procedures at all times.
* Executes proper security and cash handling and control procedures and holds cashiers accountable to adhering to policies and procedures.
* Ensures that Team Members monitor dining room, restroom, parking lot and overall facility cleanliness.
* Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 40lbs.
* Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
* Follow sanitation and safety procedures
* Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
* Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
* Follow Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures

Pay Type: Hourly, plus bonus opportunities (competitive)

Position Type: Full-time, 40-45 hrs. a week

Schedule: While schedules are flexible below are the daily shifts that we are looking to fill.

Daylight Position Hours: Evening Position Hours:
- 6AM-2PM - 11AM-7PM
- 8AM-4PM - 2PM-10:45PM
- 10AM-5PM
