Production Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently seeking a Production technician in and around the Dunlap area. Interested candidates must be willing to work a 2nd or 3rd shift. A background in injection molding is a plus but is not required. must be comfortable with hands on work the duties of the job are as listed below;

* Start-up and shutdown of molding and assembly equipment in accordance with procedures.
* Changes molds and assembly equipment in accordance with the production schedule (KANBAN System).
* Changes molds/assembly equipment to provide consistent part quality protecting company assets.
* Documents all molding/assembly setup and supports recording of downtime.
* Prepares molds and/or fixtures for storage at the completion of a production run.
* Coordinates and/or performs minor maintenance of equipment while in production.
* Completes weekly preventative maintenance assignments on molding and assembly equipment.
* Performs layered audits on molding/assembly equipment.
* Verifies process parameters are correct for molding and assembly equipment.
* Completes job responsibilities in compliance with industry safety standards.
* Must perform mold, tooling and secondary equipment changeovers when required.
