As a Call Center Representative you are responsible for receiving inbound and/or making outbound calls on behalf of our clients. You will be responsible for the quality of the call, handling the call in a timely manner and your effective communication used while engaging the customers. Additional responsibilities for the position include:

  • Contacting our clients' customers to offer their products or services and enhancing our clients' existing customer accounts by phone utilizing various marketing strategies
  • Continually maintaining working knowledge of our client's products, services and promotions
  • Maintaining high quality standards while making recommendations according to customer's needs
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments as well as actions taken

Job Requirements

As a Call Center Representative you must have strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of providing exemplary customer service.

Additional requirements for the position include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
