You will be working to install, calibrate, maintain and repair electrical and electronic equipment within our established client's facility. Your duties may include: *Troubleshooting electronic circuits, equipment, controls, and instrumentation *Interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, charts, tables, and work orders *Installing power and control wiring including conduit and cable tray *Modifying electrical components and instruments *Performing preventative maintenance on generators, traction motors, and related controls *Inspecting and servicing electrical motors (including bearing lubrication and replacement) *Locating, repairing, adjusting, and calibrating electric and electronic recording, measuring, and indicating instruments *Performing PLC programming and troubleshooting The successful candidate will: *Be safety oriented and detail oriented *Have the ability to work with precision *Be comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights *Be familiar with handling tools, and working in confined spaces *Have a Maine Journeyman or Master Electrician license This is a direct hire opportunity working for a large, environmentally conscious manufacturing corporation!
