- General Job Description:
- Answer telephone call inquires, respond to customer e-mail, and reply to web chat requests regarding products and services, billing, and online ordering
- Contact customers to clarify requests and route requests to the appropriate branch/department
- Promote products and services
- Research and resolve service issues to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Analysis and judgment relative to responding to the customer's need and knowledge of all services
