About this job
Knows how to start up most campus boiler and/or chiller after power outages. Performs PMs on exhaust fans, air handlers, VAV boxes, residential and commercial equipment. Knows how to troubleshoot residential HVAC system, and commercial dietary and refrigeration equipment. Must have experience clearing plumbing drains and good basic plumbing knowledge. Installs and troubleshoots appliances. Accurately reads basic drawings and blueprints. Minimum two (2) years of maintenance or maintenance related experience required.
Looking for an overall Mechanic that can troubleshoot and repair the following: Heat pumps,AHU (Air Handler Units, Cooling towers, Split AC systems,Kitchen Equipment, Walk in coolers, Walk in Freezers, Refrigerators.
