* Undergraduate and graduate degree required, with an emphasis on Statistics, Mathematics, Management Science, or related discipline(s)
* 15 years relevant work experience in the areas of applied analytics, statistical methods, and/or CRM, preferably in the financial services industry
* Fluency in consumer data sources and infrastructure, modeling techniques, and digital toolsets, e.g.,:
o Statistical tools (regression, clustering analysis, time series techniques)
o Database management and data platforms
o SAS (Base and Stats), SPSS
o Big Data science and tools
* Expertise in successfully managing in a matrixed environment
* Highly-effective influencing skills both within a large, multinational organization and with external clients
* Demonstrated track record of translating creative ideas into actionable results
* Ability to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent; track record of mentorship and followership a significant plus
* Exceptional written and oral communications
