Business and Technical Requirements
* Strong knowledge of Retail Partner Cards decision systems.
* Overall understanding of Acquisition and ECM policies and processes.
* Understanding of lifecycle of cards and impacts to operations and customer touch points.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills. Builds strong working relationships within and outside work group.
* Outstanding investigative and problem solving skills.
* Strong multi-tasking abilities and results oriented.
* Understanding of decision tree programming.
* 5 years experience in credit cards preferred.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* SAS programming knowledge preferred.
* NBSM (Experian), DA (Magnum), Blaze (FICO), Capstone (Apollo) or Scorex (Experian) experience preferred.
* First Data or Total Systems experience preferred.
Leadership Competencies
* Takes personal responsibility and leads by example.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to think analytically and strategically while being able to see the "big picture".
* Ability to manage and drive projects to completion with limited supervision.
