Immediate opening Full time 7pm-3am and for part-time: 12-8am Saturday and Sunday. These positions are located in Marlborough in an office setting. Walking tours throughout building 4 times a shift. Customer service and professionalism is a must. Computer skills needed to make badges and write reports to submit electronically. Reliability is a must. QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to work well under pressure in emergency situations
• Good conflict resolutions skills
* A criminal background review will be conducted along with a drug screen

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Perform interior patrols
• Must be able to walk for 30 minutes without restriction, 4 rounds per shift.
• Alert management immediately about any policy violations, accidents, or other unusual occurrences
• Prepare written reports on policy violations, accidents and other unusual occurrences
• Provide security on various assigned shifts, as directed
• Provide physical and personnel security as defined by the company
• Implement departmental Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines
