Job Description/Position Title: General Manager
Melt Shop is an American sandwich concept focused on comfort food made from scratch. Created in 2011, we now have seven locations in New York and Washington, DC and are preparing to grow our brand nationally.

In our managers-we look for the total package-passion, enthusiasm, the ability to lead high performing teams, and most of all the ability to inspire the staff underneath them to grow into leaders themselves. This position requires someone who likes to cook, lead, motivate, and most of all-serve awesome food.
Qualifications and Skills:
- About 3 years experience working in a restaurant
- 2-3 years General Manager experience
- 2 years hands on kitchen experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Personal desire to grow, learn and have fun
