We are currently accepting applications from interested students/candidates for an immediate start date.
We have FULL TIME as well as PART TIME WEEKEND POSITIONS AVAILABLE.
PART TIME: EVENT CREW
Compensation: $100 per event
We are looking for set up and breakdown crew for local fairs.
You will be paid $100 per event. The events are every weekends ( each saturday & sunday) and you need to travel from Marlborough to Boston or other places in and around Massachusetts for setup and report back to Marlborough after breakdown. You must be able to drive and possess a valid drivers license along with a ride of your own.

FULL TIME: SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER
We are looking for SALES OPERATIONS MANAGERS, reporting directly to the senior leadership of the Brand. You will be categorized as local manager or regional manager or national manager depending on the previous experience and potential. Our ideal candidate will be a smart, energetic, detail-oriented individual who is a go - getter and believes in our cause and our brand. We offer handmade handcrafted semiprecious stone products with a very unique and hot selling story, that gives a clear competitive advantage in the market and you get to work with a growing profitable company with opportunities for career advancement.
This is a paid opportunity on salary & commission basis only.
RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
- We will provide you the required training and the selling 101 for the brand and the products, and You will be responsible to manage the sales of the Brand at Fairs in various upcoming fairs & festivals in and around Massachusetts state, as well as travel around US, if you show the potential to represent in International Fairs and Gift Shows.
- You will be responsible to communicate with the Main Office regarding Inventory Management of the products including new additions, updates and changes in existing lines, new line collections etc.
- You will be responsible for locating, motivating and recruiting the sales force of stylists, hostesses and brand ambassadors and help buildup of an exponentially growing sales network.
- You will be responsible to locate potential prospects and customers through online network marketing, approach, interact, communicate and establish brand relationship through brand promotions, free giveaways and other effective out-of-the-box social media campaigns.
- Responsible for initiating cause based marketing for the brand.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- The right candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills.
- Prior sales experience is desirable, but not must.
- Must have a thorough understanding of SALES & MARKETING
- Self-motivation, Multitasking capabilities
- Excellent Creative writing capabilities with research and organization skills .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time & project management skills a must.
- Able to work full time, and travel independently.
- Must have a Driving License and a vehicle to drive around independently.
WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
- A real life platform to practice your skills, get involved with live situations and practice problem solving capability.
- Valuable experience to work with an International social enterprise brand.
- A cause you care for and be able to make a difference by associating with it.
A typical week(5 days) will be something like this:
1. 3 days in office for training and administrative setups.
2. 2-days in the field, mainly weekends attending fairs in the state or out of state nation wide(if you chose to).
