With limited supervision, this employee would be responsible for reconciling vendor related data such as vendor remits, inventory, balance records, vendor inbound data, placements/recalls, to ensure accurate record keeping and alleviate risk. This would include but not limited to data validation, identifying discrepancies or chronic problems, record findings, follow up to ensure records are corrected, provide feedback to vendor and Performance Management, recommend solutions, if needed obtain action plans for improvements and reporting of reconciliations.

Qualifications

- Must have 1-2 years experience with PC software; proficient in Excel, Access, Power Point, and Word
- Must have proven organizational skills, great attention to detail, analytical ability and demonstrate leadership. - Ability to develop cohesive solutions that benefit the entire organization.
- Demonstrate a systematic approach in carrying out assignments.
- Ability to work independently but also part of a team
- Proven high performance
- Excellent attendance record
- Analysis involves evaluating and interpreting data and of refining existing methods and techniques in order to reach conclusions (there might be a high level of query language to extract data, and a knowledge of descriptive statistics)
- College degree or working towards preferred
- Project experience preferred
