Our East Valley client is seeking a part-time customer service representative to assist on Tuesday's from 8am - 4pm and Friday's from 12pm - 4pm. This is a long term opportunity paying $12.00.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role consists on taking incoming calls from customers in regards to unpcoming events. Customers will be requesting information such as dates, times, and event pricing.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Qualified candidates must have call center experience and basic computer skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
