Description: QA Tester/Performance Load Tester
Location: Warren, New Jersey
Performance/Load tester with hands-on experience in creating load test scripts, designing test scenarios, executing load tests and analyzing results using HP Performance Center and/or Load Runner v11 & above
-At least 5to 6 years of hands-on experience in creating VUGEN scripts using various protocols including web http/html, web services, Ajax Tru-Client and Mobile.
-Strong background in creating advanced scripts to handle dynamic data
-Experience in designing the test scenarios to simulated expected production like traffic
-Experience in analyzing results to assist in root cause analysis of performance issues
-Experience in designing & executing test scenarios to conduct baseline tests, scalability, spike, fail-over and stress tests
-Collaborate & coordinate with the application teams, infrastructure teams and network teams to conduct production level load tests
-Complete understanding of SDLC, QA testing methodologies and performance testing lifecycle
-Exposure to server side monitoring tools like wily, site scope etc., is a plus

Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or an equivalent combination of education and work experience- Knowledge of UNIX servers - awareness of OS and variety of commands, ability to read and capture logs.
- BS in Computer Science, MIS, business or equivalent education/training/experience
- Telecom business knowledge is a plus
- Application of software development life cycle concepts
