We are currently staffing for General Production Workers in the southern and eastern parts of San Antonio
Production, Assembly, Labor
Job Description: These positions will be providing support to the production process. Based on there individual skill sets they will be assigned various tasks, including assembly, production, insulation and cleaning. This company make large industrial chillers. They could be assembling differents parts and compents associated with the chiller. They could installing insulation to the chiller or doing basic production supprt, i.e. cleaning, moving material, or helping other workers. Work Environment: They will be working in a manufacturing environment. It will be non-climate controlled with fans.This company makes large industrial sized chillers. There is welding, testing, general assembly, and wiring of the units going on. Qualifications: There are no specific requirements. the best candidate will want to work in manufacturing, be comfortable with the shift, be able to pick up the job and follow instructions Performance Expectations: They will be graded off their ability to follow instructions and complete the task. Additional Compensation: Additional Information:
Employees will have to be able to work 1st or 2nd shift.
1st shift is 8:30am-5pm
The 2nd shift will be 3:30 pm - 11 pm, M-F. They will be required to work OT as needed. Many days they will work 10-12 hour shifts. They will need to have steel toes. We will provide a hard hat that will be paid for out of the employee's first check.
