Listed below are aspects the client will be looking for out of the candidate:
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Help ensure satisfactory work is produced
- Help ensure the cleanliness and organization of entire job area
- Maintain daily communication with supervisor/lead and other shifts
- Comply with all documentation of quality inspection sheets
- Move material and run equipment where needed
- Physical work is expected out of the candidates
- There will be a lot of lifting throughout the day of material
They have three different departments in the facility. They have their Paper Department, Friction Department, and Hawk Division (Smaller Department). The Hawk Division works with NASCAR, tanks, and hummer brake pads.
The two biggest customers for this facility is Catipillar and John Deer.
