The Restaurant Manager has ultimate responsibility for success of the restaurant:

  • Enforce the standards of QSC and safeguard the integrity of the brands
  • Drive sales through operational execution and store marketing
  • Achieve profitability through cost control
  • Manage store liability through Human Resources standards, safety, and security
  • Train and develop Assistant Managers and crew
  • Role-model the standards of performance, appearance, and behavior at all times
  • Responsible for achieving profitability through cost controls and shift management. Shift control is a core function of all Managers

Requirements

The Restaurant Manager position requires the following:

  • Solid problem-solving, analytical and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Willingness to work “on call”
  • Desire to be part of a performance-driven team
