This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by leading a team of frontline employees to deliver orders to key customers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment.

Ensure account level execution is met

Execute Respond and Recover

Accountability:

Achieve Plan (Volume, MC, SV NOPBT, Manage Trade Loss)

Ensures Asset Performance (VPO, Mech, Revenue, Brands)

Ensures all routes are dispatched and run every day

Achieves productivity targets and CPU

Meets customer service needs by achieving our service level goals

Works in partnership with Food Service Team to identify opportunity areas for growth

CDA Compliant in all Accounts

Drives marketplace execution

FSV Standards are compliant with PBC standards

Technical Skills:

Recommends overall market development plans based on market and organizational goals

Leverages knowledge of market to maximize sales revenue and productivity while reducing costs

Captures and tracks critical performance data to meet all time and quality standards

Understands customer's business and balances customer needs with "cost to serve" standards

Teaches and builds our service advantage (PREMIER)

Utilizes PBC's STEP management process to coach and develop team (route rides, audits)

Manage regulatory control & compliance audits/processes

Leadership Behaviors:

Leverages understanding of key business drivers to get results

Maintains focus and overcomes obstacles until goals and commitments are met

Education and Certifications:

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Class A, CDL certified is a plus

Work Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience managing front-line employees

Optimal Prior Experience:

Demonstrated planning and organization skills

Demonstrated front-line supervisory skills

Ability to work with cross-functional groups

Account Management growth and development skills

Skills & Capabilities

Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
