ACCOUNTABILITY:
National Account Surveys
MES Relief Support (Travel to other locations areas in the RM Area)
Management of Denver and 3PO Parts
GCS Administration
Move Scheduling Support for Local FTN activity
HSE tracking and administration
Coaching and Training support
Market MEM payroll support
Vacation, holiday, sick tracking
Cost, productivity and KPI tracking and analysis
Score Boarding
Initiation of predictive service calls for local high-service assets
Repair and Move SOP process documentation
Supporting CD and the Gant
LSS administrative project tracking
SKILL PROFICIENCY:
Strong analytical skills and understanding of the Executional Requirements for the MEM Organization to provide reporting and support through the utilization of C.E.T.S. , Business Objects, Excel, MEM Dashboard, A.M.S. and CD tools.
Understand the Department Financials, providing detail and support as needed, as well as forecasting both period and quarterly progress and understanding gaps and possible remediation.
Work with Rocky Mountain Area MES's to unlock the potential of Executional Excellence; especially with regard to Customer Service operations.
Anticipates Executional opportunities encountered in MEM operations and advises support resources to close gaps to standard.
Serves as an information resource to others in the gathering MEM information and data as it relates through daily business execution, processes and initiatives. Inclusive of problem solving analysis as related to National Scorecard and Key Process Indicators.
Serves as resource to others on the Rocky Mountain Area MEM Operations Team in all Executional functions.
