Sodexo is seeking a Custodial Manager 2 of Environmental Services / Custodial Services at Dr Phillips, a 237 bed facility located in Orlando, Florida, seconds away from the theme parks. This is a high profile system that focuses on top quality, patient care and patient satisfaction. Fast paced acute care hospital with high expectations for customer service, quality and HCAHPS. We have the busiest ER in Central Fl and have just implemented the Xenex program and have many innovations under way.
This position will be responsible for the supervision of approximately 30 employees, training, and quality assurance in a fast pace healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have previous Environmental Services Management experience in a hospital or healthcare setting along with excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks. The candidate must have strong leadership experience as well as relationship-building skills.
This position is currently scheduled as an evening shift opportunity with the need to be flexible to cover other shifts at times.
The Custodial Manager will be required to participate in a rotational schedule involving rotating weekends and holidays.

Position Summary
Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, Quality Assurance training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to General Manager or Operations Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
