Business/Data Analyst - Charlotte, NC
Business/data analyst will be responsible to document functional requirements and become SME for Data Acquisition layer. This layer would integrate the data and feed it to a 3rd party product for AML and Fraud prevention and reporting.
Primary responsibility:
- Data analysis
- Understand source data
- Understand target data model and data requirements
- Document and maintain source to target mapping
- Propose data validations rules at element level
- Verify/test data during system testing
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of data analyst experience
- Proficient knowledge of ETL best practices
- Experience developing Functional Requirement Documents
- Capable of speaking with project leaders and gathering requirements
- 3+ years data analysis experience within the financial service industry
