Maintenance Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Third party facilities management company that provides manpower and service to the entire 1.5 million square foot facility. The maintenance team can be expected to fix anything inside the facility that is "6 feet or above" and not a specific piece of a production machine. They can be expected to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair all, but not limited to, the following:

Mechanical - chains, conveyors, drags, linkbelts, overhead doors, pumps, variable sequence drives, turbine pumps, some industrial machinery, filtration system, tanks, and more.

Electrical - lighting/distribuition, paneling, PLC faults, schematics, and more.

HVAC - controls, vents, ducts, motors, and more (EPA card with verifiable skills is a major BONUS).

Other - hang banners, signage, change light bulbs, fix door handles, fix windows, etc.

Candidates will follow preventative maintenance schedules, as well as handle immediate need projects when called upon by the site supervisor.
