About this job

This position is responsible for all administrative and operational support functions for the company. They are required to ensure that all business processes are completed on-time and accurately. Responding efficiently and effectively to client questions and concerns, while delivering superior customer service, is a requirement of this job also. The person is not managed closely, so the ability to work independently in a high energy business environment is required, supported by high levels of integrity and reliability.

1.Successfully review government and industry regulations and be able to independently develop solutions for clients and select industry vendors.
2.Maintain detailed customer and industry records and possess strong organization skills to ensure that work is completed with a high accuracy rate.
3.Develop customized manuals and substance abuse policies for clients using industry on line templates as a guide.
4.Collect samples for drug testing on site as well at client locations, as required.
5.Manage the office and create positive client experiences. Handle all administrative requirements effectively and efficiently.
6.Accept and process client payments.
7.Handle new client implementation to include detailed welcome call and system set-up (including testing protocols).
