Customer Care Specialist

Call Center/Mail Room

In a team environment this position will receive and respond to telephone inquiries by looking up information in the software database and will use standard phone scripts as well as logical thinking skills in an investor relations non-traded stock environment. Also research and resolve inquiries or escalate calls appropriately and in a timely manner.

Position will also receive and scan incoming mail, overnight mail and faxes into investor accounts and process outgoing mail.

Must be able to meet deadlines and perform clerical duties such as scan documents, stuff envelopes, list checks on spreadsheets, etc.

Should have excellent organization skills and be able to work independently.

Skills:

5 years consistent work experience with a clear speaking voice, good pronunciation, grammar and excellent phone manner

Experience in a brokerage firm, financial, banking, stock market or securities industry a plus.

Must be proficient in Word and Excel

Monday -- Friday, 8:00 am -- 5:00 pm in Addison, Texas area
