Demonstrated presentation and training skills in a classroom environment
Proven understanding and application of Adult Learning Theory
Previous experience in a "line" department function or equivalent
Ability to communicate
Preferred Qualifications At least one year of supervisory experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or customer service or at least one year of work experience in these types of businesses, preferably at a supervisor level
Education High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Clinical Licensure Required N/A
