Job Summary The Department of Internal Medicine Continuing Medical Education (CME) is seeking a self-motivated and organized individual to provide highly responsible marketing and administrative support to advance the mission of our program.

Responsibilities* - Answer customer emails and phone calls.

- Assist with design and proofing of marketing materials.

- Process registrations.

- Update and revise website copy.

- Provide support at continuing medical education events.

- Research new marketing ideas and platforms.

- Track on-going projects.

- Assist with administrative tasks.

- Other projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications* - Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills including attention to detail.

- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team and regularly exercise judgment in the application of policies, procedures, and methods.

- The ability to learn quickly, stay calm in the face of concurrent deadlines, and multi-task.

- The ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of professionals; the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines are mandatory.

- Positive attitude and customer service orientation.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required. Experience with Adobe InDesign and Dreamweaver preferred but not necessary.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
