Job Description
Analyze and evaluate credit line strategies for new accounts across a range of segments and products establishing appropriate profitability trade offs using various tools to maximize business return on the business exposure ensuring that key business factors are understood and measured e.g. impact on usage, revenue and risk.
Establish and maintain effective strategy performance tracking ensuring that strategies are performing as expected and feeding back learnings into strategy and / or policy changes in a timely manner.
Development and Implementation of a comprehensive range of new account credit line policies consistent with achievement of defined business objectives.
Identify and make enhancements to existing line assignment strategies. Design, execute and monitor an effective range of champion/challenger tests in a fully controlled environment.
Work with other team members on cross-functional projects contributing and enhancing analytical expertise and business acumen..
Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.

Qualifications

Education
Bachelor degree required; MBA, MS or Ph. D. degree in quantitative disciplines (mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, econometrics, etc.) preferred

Skills
Experience on performing data research and statistical analysis
Skilled on SQL, SAS, VBA and advanced MS Office
Using computer programming language to pull information from mainframe, UNIX or PC environment to perform statistical analysis and generate reports.
Developing strategies and analytic solutions to meet business goals using complex statistical modeling software.
Ability to build, test and validate strategies in support of strategic plans and to generate reports and track results of specific strategies.
Effective management of time and understands importance of meeting deadlines.
