Responsibilities:

The restaurant Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in the overall management of the restaurant daily operations.

• Maximize guest loyalty by promoting hospitality
• Maintaining a professional, safe and fun work environment for all employees
• Assist in running a cost-effective and quality operation
• Help promote, support and encourage local marketing and catering to increase restaurant sales

Requirements

• At least 1 year restaurant management experience
• ServSafe Certification required
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness in accordance with company quality standards
• Analyze, manage and control sales, profit and loss according to company standards and objectives
• Consistently developing new business and growing the operation
• Ensure compliance with employment law, safety regulations and all company policies and procedures during all shifts

• Assistant Manager Candidates MUST possess 1+ years prior restaurant management experience.
• General Managers must possess P & L background with 2+ years as a GM and 5 years in restaurant management.
