Engineering IT Customer Support needed for a contract hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Palm Bay, FL.

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:

- High school degree plus 3 years related experience, Associates degree highly desirable
- Knowledge of internet and HW/SW troubleshooting
- Familiar with PC hardware a must
- Must be able to move or relocate 50 LBS
- Maintain accurate logs and spreadsheets
- Track/prepare metrics

What you'll be doing:

- Engineering IT Customer Support providing assistance to GCSD user community in the PC Deployment area
- Perform desktop loads, provide technical support/troubleshooting and delivery of personal computers to division
- Drive a client vehicle transporting equipment between client's campuses

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- High school degree plus 3 years related experience, Associates degree highly desirable
- Knowledge of internet and HW/SW troubleshooting
- Familiar with PC hardware a must
- Must be able to move or relocate 50 LBS

- Must have good communication and problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
- Knowledge of Linux and Unix operating systems a plus
