21st Amendment Inc. was founded in 1971 to provide the greater Indianapolis metropolitan area with a convenient and affordable source for fine wine, spirits and beer. In 1999, the 21st Amendment acquired the Wine Gallery and created the Wine Gallery by 21st Amendment. There are currently six locations around the city. The concept was created to update some of our existing wine stores with a new identity that showcased expanded wine selections. From the moment you first enter, you can sense the difference. Each location is staffed with individuals who have extensive wine knowledge and years of experience in the wine, spirit and beer industry. If you are looking for the traditional core selections in spirits, wine and beer, they are available as well as the low prices you have come to expect from all the 21st Amendment locations.

SCOPE OF JOB
We are looking for a part time warehouse employee to work in our company warehouse operation. You will store materials, pick, pack and load orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
*Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
*Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
*Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
*Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
*Report any discrepancies
*Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
*Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Requirements
*Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
*Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
*Good organizational and time management skills
*Ability to lift heavy objects
