Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for a Food General Manager 4 for Stritch School of Management located on the campus of Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, IL (nearest metro area is Chicago, IL). In this role, you will direct and participate in all of the retail/catering operations which is located within a large Medical Center. Responsibilities will include: working with unit finances/budgets, strategic planning, HR functions, cash management, training, direct client/customer interaction and supervision of 20 non-union hourly associates.

The preferred candidate will possess at least 3-4 years lead food management experience with a focus on retail and catering operations, a solid financial acumen, the ability to engage and develop both a management and hourly team as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
