We are expanding our business reach and we're looking to bring on board a true B2B sales professional - a change leader that seeks a challenge.
This role is focused on B2B customers across a multitude of industries and segments, including property management, single-multi-family new construction, hospitality, education, and more.
Critical Facets of the Position:
* Direct sales strategy and drive revenue, financial and customer satisfaction results
* Shepherd existing client accounts and energetically develop new business
* Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing team of outside & inside sales professionals
* Navigate/Interact with senior-level executives of organizations of all sizes
* Manage P&L; ensure operational/administrative excellence
* Execute the business plan for the territory, implementing sales/marketing programs
Credentials and Competencies Necessary for Success:
-Bachelor's degree.
-10 years of successful B2B, outside sales experience, including C-suite
-Experience managing disbursed sales teams
-Competent with business communications technologies and reports.
-Experience in the home services industry is a plus
