JOB DESCRIPTION
We're currently seeking a Materials Support for a contract opportunity in Woodward, OK . This is a great opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading suppliers of a wide range of products, solutions and services in the field of energy technology.
- Assists in the planning, scheduling and monitoring of the movement of materials through the production cycle.
- Assists in determining material requirements.
- Provides routine clerical support to purchasing and materials management in data entry, filing, and coordinating paper flow.
- Responds to routine inquiries relating to packing lists and shipping instruction.
- Compiles and maintain records such as time, date, quantity, source and destination of materials received or shipped; inputs data into shipping and/or purchasing systems.
