Office Assistant

A Westside law office is looking for an Office Assistant with solid administrative skills and able to handle high call volume.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive calls, direct calla appropriately and take messages in a fast paced work environment (75-100 calls per day).

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in English and Spanish

  • Prepare overnight packages and mail for final pick-up and delivery

  • Sort and file document

  • Receptionist Back-up (Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not mandatory)

  • Provides other administrative service areas as needed

  • Other duties as assigned.



    Job Requirements:

  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Bilingual Spanish required

  • Candidate should have 1+ years of experience working in an office setting

  • Experience in a law office a plus.

  • Involves sitting or standing for long periods of time, and repetitive motion.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel Spreadsheets

  • Working knowledge of copy machines and scanning for document storage

  • Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision



    Education and Experience
    High school diploma, Associate’s degree preferred

    Pay: $12.00 per hour
