Global Sales Planning & Analytics is a highly visible department within the Studio Distribution division that is responsible for providing analytical and strategic support to executive management regarding the theatrical release of Disney films. The team also works collaboratively across functions within the studio.

The Walt Disney Studios (TWDS) is seeking an Analyst to work within Motion Pictures Global Distribution to provide analytical and strategic support on Disney's theatrical releases. The role requires strategic and quantitative analysis skills. The individual must possess the ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management.

This position requires strong presentation skills, both verbal and written and experience using Keynote for Mac. The role requires an individual who can analyze data that will support management decisions and reveal trends. A proactive, independent, high-energy, positive attitude is a must.

Responsibilities Support team with analytics, reporting and business intelligence in support of film planning and strategy work. Provide quarterly and monthly review of international box office results to executive management. Develop dashboard reporting and analytics to support analytical insights and visualization of complex data sets. Translation of business requirements for the internal database into technical requirements for the technology teams. Basic Qualifications 1+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or other quantitative field. Advanced proficiency in Keynote for Mac and Excel Strong analytical and modeling skills. Ability to lead projects independently from start to finish, working with internal and external teams to make decisions and maintain momentum. Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to manage detail work and communicate project status effectively to all levels. Ability to influence others by telling a story with data to make business improvements. Excellent communication skills, including presentation development and delivery. Highly collaborative and team-oriented work style. Media experience is a plus. Required Education Bachelor degree in a field of analytical study.
