What we require for our Shift Leaders:

*College degree in business or a closely related field may substitute for a portion of the required experience.

1 to 2 years retail or hospitality experience.
Passion for people, healthy food and a healthy lifestyle.
Self-motivated, hardworking and results-oriented.
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, with strong multi-tasking skills.
Pays attention to details; strong organization and planning skills.
Desire and willingness to coach and mentor.
Strong communication skills.
What our Shift Leaders do:

Warmly welcomes and connects with every customer.
Discovers customers needs and appropriately suggests product offerings to enhance service.
Offers customers demonstrations and available samples.
Creates opportunities for customers to interact with products.
Responds to customers and sincerely thanks every customer.
Prepares beverages, sandwiches and salads to standard.
Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
Follows and directs staff members to follow policies and procedures for each position for efficient operational flow.
Follows and directs staff members to follow established procedures for inventory management, including, merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing all products.
Performs and directs staff members to complete assigned cleaning tasks in accordance with established cleaning standards.
Performs special projects to assist in store operations.
Assists with labor costs by adjusting and optimizing staffing hours.
Follows cash handling procedures and POS policies.
Assists Manager with banking responsibilities.
Records and is accountable for all funds while running a shift.
Ensures staff members adhere to the meal and rest break policy.
Demonstrates and ensures all Farmhouse policies and procedures are followed.
Provides absolute unflagging attention to customer service and satisfaction, including speed of service, handling complaints and speedy response to requests.
