We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Cashier.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

  • Be authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

Cashier

Responsibilities:

 

•Greet and seat customers as they are entering the restaurant

•Have a warm, friendly and courteous smile with a desire to aid the customers in any way possible

•Follow cash handling procedures according to TMG policies throughout the course of the shift.

•Problem solve by understanding the issue, apologizing, react accordingly and notify management of the solution

•Posses attention to detail

•Work holidays, weekends, day or night

•Understand Food Safety and Handling according to health requirements

•Be knowledgeable and operate the POS System

•Be attentive to customers and receive take-out orders accurately and ensure customer satisfaction

•Ensure all cost control methods are being utilized and ensure the Restaurant’s profitability

•Be professional at all times

•Carry over 15lbs. above their shoulder (food trays)

•Follow proper phone etiquette according to TMG policies.

•Practice cleaning as you go

•Assist service staff when available

•Ability to organize and prioritize daily work according to business demands

•Interpret, explain and apply company policies and procedures

•Be hospitable at all times to both team members and customers

•Have good customer service and be able to work independently in the absence of Supervision

 

Qualifications:

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner

• Requires the ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions

• Requires the ability to lift/push objects weighing over 10 lbs

• Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
