Requirements
Visiting Angels has an immediate opening for an assessment nurse in Portage County, Ohio. Responsibilities include initial assessments and 60 day follow-up visits for non-medical senior home care clients in accordance with requirements of the Ohio Medicaid PASSPORT program.
