Home Instead Senior Care seeks a reliable, responsible, and detail oriented individual to join our team as a full time Staffing Coordinator.  As the world’s trusted source of non-medical services for seniors, we help people stay in their homes for as long as possible by providing services such as companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping and running errands.  Our CAREGivers also provide personal care services helping with bathing, toileting and grooming.

The Staff Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of scheduling in order to provide the highest quality service.  This includes successfully matching clients and CAREGivers, arranging introductions, ensuring client and CAREGiver satisfaction and verifying CAREGiver hours.  Occasional weeknight, weekend and holiday on-call after hour duties are also required.

The ideal person for this position has excellent communication skills, exercises good judgment, works independently and can multi-task while working under pressure.  If your situation allows you to be focused and dedicated to our clients and CAREGivers, then this may be the perfect job for you!

Additional Information:
  • Must have an associate’s degree or higher.
  • Must have basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and clean driving record.
  • Must pass background check and drug test.
  • Salary position; on call is an additional flat rate pay.
