PrideStaff Financial has partnered with our Farmers Branch client in search of a Business Analyst to join their growing team!

The Analyst is responsible for creating and analyzing daily, monthly, fiscal and ad hoc reports for the credit, collections, and accounts receivable departments under the direction of the Credit Team Lead.



Key Responsibilities
  • Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
  • Develops and maintains ad hoc departmental reports, profitability models and analyzes departmental financial results verses budget/forecast.
  • Serves as back up for the job functions of the Credit Analyst(s) including credit holds, vendor setups, banking verifications, D&B verifications and working with customer(s) and sales staff to resolve account issues.
  • Responsible for the upkeep and review of Visual Basic Application / Code-Work / and Report Review. Minimum Requirements


Job Requirements
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent on the job experience.
  • Must have a minimum 3-5 years financial experience related to accounts receivable, credit and collections.
  • Must have strong organizational, analytical, reporting, and problem solving skills.
  • Must demonstrate understanding of general accounting principles and SOX requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have experience working with SAP.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, V-lookups, and creating charts.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Access database and be able to design data imports, data integrity verifications, querying, reports generation, macros and automation through Visual Basic for Applications.
  • Must be able to present findings through Microsoft PowerPoint.
