Position Description:


The purpose of the Operational Readiness Team (ORT) Implementation Analyst is to facilitate/perform analysis of the business operations through the adaption of any changes required so the business is aligned to regulatory mandates; with validation of business attestation to the regulatory mandate into the New Normal phase to ensure operational readiness.  Per their assigned implementation, the Implementation Analyst role is to support the Implementation Manager by facilitating/performing the ORT deliverables (which are business analysis in nature) for the segment customer.  Additionally responsible for taking a consultative approach with implementation leads to fully understand their needs, drive change, and value to the organization as defined by the customer. Analysts remain engaged with the Implementation Manager until business operations are normalized, with all ORT artifacts/deliverables receiving final approval from the implementation's Business Segment Lead (BSL)

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


  • Associate's Degree required.

  • Must be able to obtain a UHG methodology certification in the first 6 months of hire.

  • 5+ years of experience in a Clinical Operations role provider/clinician/medical facility.

  • Experience within a Business Operations role within the Clinical field (Front office).

  • Knowledge of healthcare systems (ICD-10, Admin Simplification) and regulatory mandates (including BABOK and CHC standards).
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred LPN, MA, CMA, or RN.

  • UHC Clinical Services or Optum Health candidates preferred.
