Provide Coaching to associates on preferred work methods to improve associate productivity.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
High School Diploma
Experience:
Prior warehouse / ticketing experience
Skills and Abilities:
Basic math and reading skills; Strong personal skills; Critical thinking skills; Ability to be cross-trained in other departments.

- Assist with training employees on department SOPs
- Ensure team members are working safe and accurately following guidelines.
- Coach team members in job duties to standards and with Best Methods.
- Cutting open cartons w/ box cutter
- Sizing and securing accurate price tickets to the corresponding merchandise
- Affixing tickets by way of ticketing gun or gum labels
- Place cartons on conveyor.
- Resealing cartons w/tape gun
- Maintaining a clean & safe work area at all times.
- Overtime required as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma
Experience:
Prior warehouse / ticketing experience
Skills and Abilities:
Basic math and reading skills; Strong personal skills; Critical thinking skills; Ability to be cross-trained in other departments.
Physical Requirements:
- Travel as required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Standing, lifting, bending, squatting throughout the day
